Boldt executive to speak at St. Norbert College CEO Breakfast

Bob DeKoch, president and COO of Boldt Company, will present "Leadership in
the 'New Economy--Striving to make a Difference, with Care" as part of the CEO
Breakfast and Strategy Series, Thursday, March 24, from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at
Riverview Country Club in Appleton. The session is sponsored by VerHalen
Commercial Interiors.
Boldt Company, a national construction, consulting and technical services firm is
headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin. Prior to his current role at Boldt,
DeKoch spent 25 years in the manufacturing sector where he served in various
management and executive leadership roles in the chemical industry, the
brewing industry and the pulp and paper industry.
DeKoch also serves as co-chair of New North, Inc. a Regional Economic
Development Partnership for Northeastern Wisconsin.
He is a mentor in areas of management and leadership and has published
numerous articles on these subjects. Bob co-authored two books: "Embracing
Uncertainty - The Essence of Leadership" and "Transforming Leaders into
Progress Makers -- Leadership for the 21st Century."
