"Conversations from St. Norbert College" television show earns two awards at WAPC Video Festival

"Conversations from St. Norbert College" a television show recorded, produced, edited and distributed at St. Norbert College and hosted by associate dean of social sciences and professor of economics Kevin Quinn, was awarded two honors at the Thirteenth Annual WAPC Video Festival (Wisconsin Association of PEG Channels).

"Conversations From St. Norbert College" received an Award of Achievement under the category "Talk Shows," as well an Award of Excellence under the category "Website/Social Media Site" for the website the show can be viewed on. The television show went up against 120 entries from around Wisconsin where the judges stated the St. Norbert College program exhibited a "very good use of the medium to convey their message."

Programs entered into the festival were rated on overall quality, effectiveness, originality, composition, audio, graphics, lighting, editing/direction and subject matter/talent.

The awards will be presented at the WAPC Video Festival Awards Banquet Thursday, May 5, at the Country Springs Hotel and Waterpark in Waukesha, Wis.
