St. Norbert College Women's Enrichment Series features Robert Pyne

Robert Pyne, director of the Peace and Justice Center at St. Norbert College, will speak as a part of the St. Norbert College Women's Enrichment series on Thursday, May 5, at noon in the Hendrickson Dining Room of the F.K. Bemis International Center on the college campus. Pyne will speak on "The Face of Peacebuilding in the 21st Century."

Before coming to St. Norbert College in 2009, Pyne served as director of leadership development for African Leadership and Reconciliation Ministries (ALARM). In that role, he oversaw the development and delivery of training in eight countries of sub-Saharan Africa, working primarily in peacebuilding, conflict resolution and pastoral education. Before joining ALARM, Pyne was professor of theological studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he taught for 17 years and twice received the Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence. Pyne has authored or co-authored two books and dozens of articles.
The Women's Enrichment Series is a series of lunch presentations featuring St. Norbert College faculty and staff speakers on topics of interest. The cost for individual sessions, which includes lunch, is $18. With limited space for the events, early reservations are encouraged.
