St. Norbert College cheerleading team to be featured on NBC's "TODAY" show

The St. Norbert College cheerleading squad has been asked to be a part of NBC's TODAY morning show coverage leading up to the Green Bay Packers nationally televised home opener against the New Orleans Saints on Sept. 8.

The Green Knight cheerleaders, who cheer for Packers home games as well as St. Norbert football games and men's and women's basketball games are scheduled to be on the TODAY show between 6 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. Sept. 8.

Coach Cheryl Reed, who is in her 14th year as the St. Norbert cheerleading coach, leads the 15-person all-female squad for 2011-12.
