St. Norbert College Language Services to offer Tastebud Traveler Tuesdays

St. Norbert College language services will offer non-credit cultural cooking classes for adults beginning in February. "Tastebud Traveler Tuesdays" will give participants the chance to prepare and taste authentic homemade foods from Germany and Italy, while learning phrases in the languages along the way.

The first class will be Tuesday Feb. 28 from 6-8 p.m. and focus on preparing German dishes such as sausage and sauerkraut. The class is $40 and the registration deadline is Feb. 20.

The second class will be held over three weeks on Tuesday March 27, April 3, and April 10 from 6-8 p.m. The class will focus on preparing Italian dishes such as ragout and ravioli. The class is $120 and the registration deadline is March 20.

All classes will be held in the home economics classroom at Foxview Intermediate School and will be limited to 15 students.
