St. Norbert College presents Spring Band and Choral Concerts

The St. Norbert College music department will present the Spring Band Concert on Saturday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m. and the Spring Choral Concert on Sunday April 29 at 2 p.m. in the Walter Theater, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. General admission tickets for both concerts are $6. All tickets for events held in Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts are subject to a $1 per ticket facility fee used to improve and enhance the Hall of Fine Arts.

The band concert will feature the concert band and wind ensemble, under the direction of Michael Knight, assistant professor of music. The concert will also feature a tribute to seniors Rebekah Knitt (Pardeeville, Wis.), Nicole Jagielski (Stillman Valley, Ill.), Jordan Kabat (Manitowoc, Wis.), Megan Derse (Cudahy, Wis.), Jamie Grabner (Sheboygan, Wis.), Angela Klingensmith (Marinette, Wis.), Kristen Kutil (Wausau, Wis.), Alisa Rose Christensen (Minneapolis, Minn.), Jacob Van Dyke (Hortonville, Wis.), Andy Drzewiecki (Milwaukee, Wis.), Amanda Crupi (Oshkosh, Wis.), Jennifer Hilke (Plymouth, Wis.) and Brad Scatterday (Aurora, Ill.).

The choral concert will feature the men's chorus, under the direction of Michael Rosewall, associate professor of music, and the chamber singers and the women's chorus, both under the direction of Sarah Parks, assistant professor of music. All choirs will be accompanied by Elaine Moss, coordinator of keyboard studies. The concert will also feature a tribute to seniors David Carroll (De Pere, Wis.), Brandon Ponschock (Appleton, Wis.), Isabella Benassi (Winnebago, Ill.), Rebecca Sievers (Appelton, Wis.), Ona Callahan (Green Bay, Wis.), Emily Collins (Kenosha, Wis.) and Andrew Ott (New London, Wis.).
