The 2013 Forbes "America's Top Colleges" rankings have just been released, and St. Norbert College is once again named one of America's best colleges, placing 113th out of 650 ranked colleges and universities in the nation. According to the Association of American Colleges and Universities, there are 2,618 accredited four-year colleges and universities in the United States.

The rankings are prepared exclusively for Forbes by the Center for College Affordability and Productivity (CCAP), and schools were evaluated by CCAP in five areas, including: post graduate success (32.5%), which evaluates alumni pay and prominence; student satisfaction (27.5%), which includes professor evaluations and freshman-to-sophomore year retention rates; debt (17.5%), which penalizes schools for high student debt loads and default rates; four-year graduation rate (11.25%); and competitive awards (11.25%), which rewards schools whose students win prestigious scholarships and fellowships.

Of Wisconsin's 34 colleges and universities, St. Norbert College is ranked number one when it comes to four-year graduation rates.

The U.S. News and World Report college rankings will be released in September.
