St. Norbert College alum Leivur Djurhuus, class of 2012, was awarded first place for his photograph "The Crowning" at the Neville Public Museum's 68th Annual Juried Art Show in Green Bay, Wis.
The art show received 150 submissions and accepted 50 of those pieces to be displayed in the museum's gallery through Nov. 4. Awards were given to the top four pieces.

Two pieces by St. Norbert College's associate professor of art, Brian Pirman, were also featured, and the previous St. Norbert College galleries director, Donald Taylor, was one of the sponsors for this year's show.
Leivur recently received his green card and is pursuing job opportunities in commercial photography in the Fox River area.

The Neville Public Museum of Brown County is located at 210 Museum Place in Green Bay, Wis., and is open to the public Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
