St. Norbert College to present Early Music Recital

The St. Norbert College music department will present their Early Music Recital on Sunday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. at Old St. Joe's Church on the St. Norbert College campus. The event is free and open to the public.

The recital will feature soprano Yi-Lan Niu, assistant professor of music, with accompaniment on various instruments from St. Norbert College students and faculty. Guest artist Christopher Cramer, adjunct instructor of guitar at Beloit College, will also perform.

The program includes a variety of Renaissance and Baroque period works by Luigi Rossi, Handel, Rosenm�ller, Monteverdi and Alessandro Scarlatti.
