St. Norbert College to Present Brass, Organ and Choral Christmas Spectacular

The St. Norbert College music department will present their fourth annual Brass, Organ and Choral Christmas Spectacular on Saturday, Dec. 1, at 7 p.m. at the Saint Norbert Abbey, 1016 N. Broadway, De Pere. The concert is free and open to the public. Donations are accepted and all proceeds go to the St. Norbert College "Nubbie" Ecker Chamber Music Endowment, which helps fund the concert each year.

The concert features a brass quintet with St. Norbert College faculty and friends, and Fr. Michael Frisch on the abbey organ. The members of the quintet are Michael Henckel and assistant professor of music Linda Cook, on trumpet, Andrew Zipperer and assistant professor of music Eric High, on trombone, and Andrew Parks on French horn.

The St. Norbert College Women's Choir, directed by Sarah Parks, assistant professor of music, and special guests the Green Bay Girls Choir, directed by Ms. Karie Green, will also perform.
