St. Norbert College CIO Named to “Most Social CIO List”

St. Norbert College's chief information officer, Raechelle Clemmons, was named as one of "20 Rising Star CIOs on Twitter" by Huffington Post, which was highlighted in "The 13 Most Social Higher Education CIOs on Twitter" by Ed Tech Magazine.

The Huffington Post used an algorithm that included multiple parameters such as outreach scores and the number of Twitter followers to create the list of top CIOs. Clemmons was named a rising star, just short of the top 50 CIOs, who work for, among others, the U.S. government, Intel, NASA, IBM and Coke.

Clemmons came to St. Norbert College in July 2012 from Menlo College in Atherton, Calif., where she held the same position. Prior to joining Menlo, she was the director of information technology relationship management and project services at California State University, East Bay.
As chief information officer at St. Norbert College, Clemmons builds, sustains and leads the college-wide information technology programs and assumes overall responsibility for implementation of mission-critical enhancements and initiatives in the I.T. area.
