Ray Zurawski Will Lead Office of Institutional Effectiveness at St. Norbert College

Ray Zurawski, associate professor of psychology at St. Norbert College, will assume the position of associate vice president for institutional effectiveness upon the departure of Bob Rutter, professor of education, from that role on June 1.

Zurawski has taught psychology at St. Norbert College since 1986. His special interests include the assessment of student learning outcomes, individual differences in response to stress, and ethical issues in research.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness assesses student learning and mission effectiveness. Its primary responsibilities include administering campus surveys, authenticating institutional data and conducting institutional research.
