St. Norbert College Music Theatre to Present Les Mis

St. Norbert College Music Theatre celebrates its 52nd season presenting the internationally famous Les Misérables. Ten performances are scheduled July 18-28 in the Walter Theatre of the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts.

The production, directed by James P. Birder, features a cast of 36 music theatre veteran performers selected from a record number of 159 people who auditioned. Dudley Birder serves as music director and Alicia Birder as choreographer.

Les Misérables, which for 25 years has thrilled audiences all over the world, marks the 104th production presented by St. Norbert College Music Theatre, founded by Dudley Birder in 1962. During the past 52 years, the productions have been attended by 75,000 patrons, with over 9,000 singers/dancers/actors appearing on stage.
