St. Norbert College Presents Global Holiday Traditions Cooking Class

St. Norbert College Language Services presents their Global Holiday Traditions cooking class on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 5-8 p.m. at the YWCA kitchen, 230 S. Madison St. in Green Bay. The cost of the class is $40 per person and is open to the entire community.
Instructor Susan Beno will show participants how to prepare traditional Spanish paella, English bread pudding with hard sauce, holiday salad and festive beverages.
Beno instructs cooking and nutrition classes at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Cook's Corner and the Farm Market Kitchen. For several years, Beno owned and operated her own restaurant, Cafe Susan, in Bellevue, Wis. and serves on the board of directors of the Farm Market Kitchen in Algoma, Wis.
No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
Registrations and payments must be received by Nov. 27.
