Loose to Speak at St. Norbert College CEO Breakfast

Christine Loose, Director Hotels -- The American Club Resort Hotel and Inn on Woodlake, will present "Delivering Outrageous Five-Star Service to Drive Profitability" as part of St. Norbert College's CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series on Wednesday, Jan. 29, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at F.K. Bemis International Center, St. Norbert College campus. The session sponsor is Bank Mutual.

Loose is responsible for managing the hotels' resort reservations, food and beverage service, telecommunications, maintenance and safety. Additionally she is responsible for maintaining superior guest service standards deserving of prominent hospitality awards and recognition.

Loose's previous positions include the resident manager of The American Club and Inn on Woodlake and manager of customer service and CRM for Kohler Co. Prior to joining Kohler, she was a manager of classified advertising for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in Milwaukee.

Loose graduated from St. Norbert College in 1988 and went on to complete a Master of Business Administration -- Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management in Milwaukee.

The CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series is an outreach to the business community by the Office of the President at St. Norbert College, featuring presentations by distinguished local, regional and national business leaders.
