Kate Burgess, CEO of fulfillnet, will present "Transformation Through Rapid Growth: The fulfillnet Story" as part of St. Norbert College's CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series on Thursday, March 6, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at F.K. Bemis International Center, on the St. Norbert College campus. The session sponsor is Baylake Bank.

What started in a garage is now a 190,000-square-foot facility of innovation and brand elevation in Green Bay, Wis. Fulfillnet partners with over 200 clients and produces and distributes over 40 million pieces of marketing material every year. Burgess has established three pillars for her company that she asks all employees to uphold: fun, innovation and personal responsibility. The approach has resulted in revenues increasing over 450 percent, with a 250 percent increase last year alone.

Previously, Burgess worked for Anchor Food Products (now part of McCain Foods), where she served as vice president of human resources. Before that, she held roles as regional sales manager, director of marketing and national sales trainer.

The CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series is an outreach to the business community by the Office of the President at St. Norbert College, featuring presentations by distinguished local, regional and national business leaders. The registration fee for this session is $60. For more information, or to register, contact St. Norbert College at http://tickets.snc.edu/tickets, email jamie.mcguire@snc.edu or visit http://www.snc.edu/ceobreakfast.

The presenting sponsor for the CEO Series is WPS Health Insurance/Arise Health Plan, and the title sponsors are Grant Thornton LLP, Johnson Bank, Johnson Insurance, Insight Publications and The Boldt Company.
