The St. Norbert College music department will host its 26th annual Middle Level Honor Band clinic on Saturday, Nov. 8. Nearly 200 students in grades 7-9 from Wisconsin and Michigan will participate in a day of rehearsals, culminating in a final concert at 4 p.m. in the Walter Theatre of the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts on the St. Norbert College campus. The concert is free and open to the public.

Mark Bowling and Jay Gilbert are the guest clinicians for the Middle Level Honor Band clinic. Bowling, a 15-year veteran of music education, most recently serves as clinician at Marywood University in Scranton, Penn. Gilbert, a native of Madison, has served as director of bands at Doane College in Nebraska.
