St. Norbert College Language Services to Present Scandinavian Cooking Class

St. Norbert College Language Services will present a Scandinavian Holiday Appetizer cooking class on Tuesday, Dec. 2. The class will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Brown County Culinary Kitchen, 2900 Curry Lane, Green Bay.

Class participants will learn how to create both sweet and savory Scandinavian dishes. The class will be taught by John Lutgen, who has worked in various ethnic restaurants and operated his own successful catering business. Lutgen has also been a teacher of high school culinary arts and served on the advisory committee for Fox Valley Technical College's culinary school.

The cost of the workshop is $40 per person, which covers the cost of all instruction, food and materials. Participants can register for the event online at http://www.tickets.snc.edu. The registration deadline is Nov. 25.
