Norbertine Priest who Wrote Official Hymn for Pope's Visit to Appear on “Conversations from St. Norbert College” TV Show

The Rev. Andrew Ciferni, O.Praem., the director of the Center for Norbertine Studies at St. Norbert College, will be the guest on the February "Conversations from St. Norbert College" television show. Rev. Ciferni will discuss how his hymn was selected as the official hymn of the world meeting of families in Philadelphia in September 2015. The show is hosted by Kevin Quinn, founding dean of the Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics. Rev. Ciferni is a founding member of the North American Academy of Liturgy and the Catholic Academy of Liturgy. He was an assistant professor of homiletics and liturgy at the Catholic University of America (1987-91) and professor of liturgy at the Washington Theological Union (1991-97), where he was also the academic dean (1995-97). Rev. Ciferni has been and remains an adjunct member of the theology and religious studies faculty of St. Norbert College. He has served on the board of trustees of the college and was instrumental in the establishment of its Center for Norbertine Studies.
New "Conversations" shows appear the first Friday of each month. The series airs on TWCT Time Warner Cable Television Channel 4 in Green Bay, Howard/Suamico and Seymour; Channel 4 in the Fox Cities; Channel 2 in Neenah/Menasha; and on NET cable Channel 46 in Pulaski. The show also airs on St. Norbert College Channel 5 in De Pere, Ashwaubenon and Bellevue on Sundays at 9:30 a.m., Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.
The show can also be seen on Wisconsin on Demand (WIoD), Time Warner Cable's local video-on-demand channel (411). It is available free to Time Warner Cable's digital customers in 70 communities in northeast Wisconsin.
"Conversations from St. Norbert College" also airs in Algoma, Clintonville, Columbus, Delavan, Elkhorn, Fitchburg and surrounding areas, Hortonville, Jefferson County, Lake Mills, Marshfield, Milwaukee, New London, Oconomowoc, Sevastopol, Sturgeon Bay, Waukesha, Waupaca, Whitewater, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Temple University Television, TUTV, Philadelphia, Pa.
