Sinkula to Present Senior Honors Capstone Recital at St. Norbert College

Kasara Sinkula (Kewaunee), a senior music student at St. Norbert college, will present a vocal recital on the St. Norbert College campus on Friday, April 24, accompanied by junior Natalie Beck (Appleton) on piano. The recital will take place at 5:30 p.m. at Dudley Birder Hall, located at 400 Grant Street in De Pere. It is free and open to the public.

Sinkula's recital is part of her capstone project for the St. Norbert College honors program. It will feature works by a variety of female composers from different genres and historical eras, including Hildegarde von Bingen, Francesca Caccini, Clara Schumann, Alma Schindler Mahler, Florence Price, Lucy Simon and Carrie Jacobs Bond.
