On Friday, Sept. 18, the St. Norbert College Campus will host the fifth annual concert in support of the Cassandra Voss Center (CVC). The concert will take place at 7 p.m. in the Walter Theatre in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. Headlining the concert will be Street Corner Symphony, a six-man a cappella group.

Tickets can be purchased for the concert by calling the Walter Theatre box office at 403-3950, or online at http://tickets.snc.edu. Ticket prices are $40 for Rows A-U and $25 for Rows V-Z.

Street Corner Symphony, from Nashville, Tenn., is known for being the runner-up on NBC's The Sing-Off in 2010 and has, since then, been performing around the world. They are experts in multiple styles of music and, as such, bring their talent to the many benefits, clinics and concerts they perform at.

The Cassandra Voss Center, established in 2013, houses the Joan P. Schaupp Women's Center, the Men's Initiative, the women's and gender studies discipline, and other student amenities. The CVC honors Cassandra Voss who lost her life in a car accident in 2007 during her senior year at St. Norbert College. Voss was to be the first student on campus to complete an individualized major in women's and gender studies.

For more information on the concert and the Cassandra Voss Center, email cvc@snc.edu or call 920-403-1342.
