Recently-appointed Notre Dame Academy president Kevin Shaw did not wait for a formal installation to share his vision and launch a new strategic direction for Notre Dame Academy. But now on Wednesday, September 16, Shaw will have an opportunity to outline his plan to the broader Notre Dame Academy community as they formally welcome and induct him into his new role.
Shaw's goal is to enhance the awareness of Notre Dame Academy and grow the area's only Catholic high school. His vision is to position the school as the best college preparatory high school in the region--one where all are welcome and all are ready to succeed in college upon graduation and embark on a lifetime of success and contribution to the common good.
The presidential installation and blessing begins at 5:30 p.m. with Mass in the Chapel of St. Norbert at Notre Dame Academy, with the program and reception to follow in the school commons. The public is welcome.
Shaw grew up in Fond du Lac and attended St. Mary's Springs Academy. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from St. Norbert College and his Master of Science Degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza.
