St. Norbert College Community Outreach & Language Services will hold the following event in Dec. for the general public:

Scandinavian holiday appetizers class: Tuesday, Dec. 8, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at UW-Extension kitchen in Green Bay. You will learn how to prepare delicious Scandinavian appetizers from local chef, Jon Lutgen. He will teach how to blend flavors of seafood, pork, breads and pastries. The cost is $40 per person. Registration deadline is Nov. 28.
