Ed Policy, vice president and general counsel for the Green Bay Packers, will be the guest on the December "Conversations From St. Norbert College" television show. He will discuss the Packers' development efforts in the area surrounding Lambeau Field. The show is hosted by Kevin Quinn, founding dean of the Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics at St. Norbert. Policy, who started with the Packers in 2012, has an extensive background that includes work in professional football with the Arena Football League and NFL, and broad legal experience with litigation, sports labor relations, sports facility construction, and commercial real estate. In addition to directing the corporation's legal affairs, Policy has a leadership role in the organization's development efforts in the area surrounding Lambeau Field, and represents the Packers at the NFL level on legal matters. He also oversees the club's community outreach, human resources, public affairs, shareholder relations and security departments. Before joining the Packers, 44-year-old Policy served as president of a fully funded startup company that is developing a sports media and entertainment property.
