The Art Galleries at St. Norbert College were awarded a $6,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) to pay for the purchase of preservation furniture and supplies. The grant will help ensure that the college's holdings of approximately 1,000 works of art are being properly cared for and preserved.

St. Norbert College also received a $6,000 grant from NEH in 2013.

The college's collection includes works by Ben Shahn, Alexander Calder, Claes Oldenburg, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali and Frederick Hart, as well as illuminated manuscripts from medieval France that represent the college's Norbertine heritage. The collection also houses sculptures, ceramics, textiles and decorative objects.
