McGarvey's lecture will take place at 7 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre of the Bemis International Center on the college campus, with a Q & A session to follow. It is free and open to the public.

McGarvey is a professor from the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, where he has taught courses on Scottish and U.K. politics since 1996. He will be visiting the St. Norbert College campus from Monday, April 18 to Friday, April 22.
The International Visiting Scholars Program is a joint initiative of St. Norbert College and UW-Green Bay. It was established in 2003 to bring scholars and professionals from other countries to the Green Bay area, with the aim of improving international understanding for the benefit of both campuses and the local community.
