More than 160 higher education professionals from Notre Dame, Georgetown, Loyola
University Chicago, DePaul, and other college and universities will converge on the St.
Norbert College campus July 19-22 for the Association for Student Affairs at Catholic
Colleges and Universities (ASACCU) conference.
The theme for the conference is "The Way I See It: Catholic Higher Education Through the
Eyes of Our Students." The Rev. Jay Fostner, O.Praem., vice president of mission and
student affairs, is on the board of ASACCU and helped to bring the conference to St.
Norbert.
The purpose of ASACCU is to promote an understanding of the rich Catholic intellectual
tradition and its relevance for student affairs professionals who are working or will be
working at Catholic colleges and universities.
Through its activities and programs, the association will encourage and facilitate the sharing
of ideas and cooperative efforts among its members.
For more information, contact conference co-chair Julie Massey, associate vice president for
mission & student affairs, at St. Norbert. She can be reached at julie.massey@snc.edu or
