Verkuilen to Present Organ Recital

The St. Norbert College music department will present a faculty organ recital featuring Jeffrey Verkuilen, adjunct instructor music and fellow of the American Guild of Organists. The recital will take place on Sept. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the St. Norbert Abbey Church, 1016 N. Broadway, De Pere. The recital is free and open to the public.

Verkuilen will perform works by Ahrens, Bach, Benoit, Cook, Couperin, Howells and Vierne. Verkuilen serves as organist at First United Methodist Church in Green Bay, organ accompanist for the Dudley Birder Chorale and has held various local and regional offices in the American Guild of Organists. He currently serves as the Upper Midwest Region Coordinator of Competitions for the Guild.
