Racial Justice Activist to Speak at St. Norbert College

Author and public speaker Debby Irving will speak at St. Norbert College on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m. in the Walter Theatre of the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts on the college campus. The event is free and open to the public.

Irving, a racial justice educator and writer who has given TED Talks, will speak on "I'm a Good Person! Isn't That Enough?" and will also host a book signing for her recent publication "Waking Up White." Irving has a B.A. from Kenyon College and an MBA from Simmons College.
