Carncross to Present Senior Trumpet Recital

St. Norbert College music student Nicholas Carncross (Green Bay, Wis.) will present a senior trumpet recital on Sunday, Nov. 20. The recital will take place at 1 p.m. in Dudley Birder Hall on the college campus. It is free and open to the public.
Carncross will perform a variety of pieces for trumpet, including music by Alexander Artunian, Rachmaninoff, Ravel, and Vilvaldi. He will be accompanied by Mary Slavek. Carncross will end the recital performing a Vivaldi duet with junior Adam Rohde (Beaver Dam, Wis.). This recital is presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the music performance major. Carncross is a music performance major with a concentration in trumpet.
