St. Norbert College Welcomes New Team Member in Center for Exceptional Leadership

St. Norbert College welcomes Jessica Pondell as the new director of relations for the Center for Exceptional Leadership, which is part of the Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics. Pondell will join Angela Marshalek, director of services, and will be responsible for the growth of the CEL's corporate client base, participant enrollment and fundraising.

Pondell comes from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she served as the director of undergraduate programs. At that institution's business college, she established key relationships with regional businesses in developing and strengthening their internship, professional development, and insurance and risk management programs. Pondell earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her graduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

The Center for Exceptional Leadership was created to provide development opportunities for the region's senior and emerging business leadership, offering a highly individualized program of assessment, planning, development, coaching and membership. The CEL focuses on building confident, visionary champions of an organization's mission.
