The Dudley Birder Chorale will present its traditional "America Sings" concert as the conclusion of its 2016-17 season. The concert will take place on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6 in the Walter Theatre of the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts on the college campus; both shows will take place at 7:30 p.m. The concert is open to the public. Most tickets are $23. Seats in some sections are available for a reduced price of $18. Tickets can be purchased by visiting http://www.snc.edu/tickets or by calling 920-403-3950.

The program will feature selections from the broadway, patriotic and choral pops genres. The May 6 concert will feature a performance by the winner of the 2017 Carol and Robert Bush Choral Music Award. Founded in 1974, the Dudley Birder Chorale is composed of members from more than 30 northeast Wisconsin communities. The chorale performs three to four concerts annually, including regular concerts with the Green Bay Symphony.
