Traditional St. Norbert College Holiday Pops Concert to Take Place at the Weidner Center

The traditional Christmas Holiday Pops concert presented by the Dudley Birder Chorale at St. Norbert College will return to the Weidner Center, 2420 Nicolet Dr., Green Bay, this holiday season. Two performances will occur: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, both at the Weidner Center. This annual musical extravaganza features the 150-voice Dudley Birder Chorale, 90 voices from the Birder Studio of Performing Arts and the 50-piece Holiday Pops Orchestra, and is directed by Dudley Birder. Ticket prices vary by age of attendee and location in the Weidner Center. All seats are reserved. Tickets may be purchased at http://www.ticketstaronline.com or by calling 800-895-0071.

Holiday Pops was first presented by the Green Bay Symphony in 1997, performing carols and holiday favorites to usher in the holiday season. This year's program will open with "O Come All Ye Faithful" and continue with several carols arranged by Dudley Birder and others.
