St. Norbert College students who are part of the student organization Global U-Knighters are partnering with Community Services Agency, Inc. (COMSA) to host a Somali culture night Saturday, April 7, from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Michels Ballroom on the college campus. The event is free and open to the public, but in-kind donations are appreciated. All donations will support COMSA. Somali community members will showcase their culture through food, stories of their journey to northeast Wisconsin, henna artists and other activities.

Global U-Knighters is a student-run organization that encourages students to pursue further exploration of global issues and immerse themselves in topics such as global governance, global equality and global identities through research, collaboration and scholarship. This event is co-sponsored by the St. Norbert College Center for Global Engagement, which aims to create a just, empathetic, interconnected and peaceful global society.
