St. Norbert College Football Program to Hold Annual Steak Fry at Lambeau Field

St. Norbert College’s football program will hold its annual Green Knights Steak Fry on Tuesday, Sept. 11, in the Legends Room at Lambeau Field, with proceeds going to help the team.

Brian Gutekunst, general manager of the Packers, will be the featured speaker. In his 20th season overall with the Packers, Gutekunst was named the Packers’ 10th general manager in team history on Jan. 8, 2018.

This event will include a plated steak dinner, auctions for some great sports memorabilia, along with other prizes and raffles. Attire is casual.

Cocktails will be served at 5:15 p.m., followed by dinner and the program at 6:45 p.m. WBAY news anchor Bill Jartz will be the master of ceremonies.

The Green Knights have won 16 Midwest Conference championships since joining the league in 1984 and have appeared in the NCAA Division III playoffs 12 times.

Tickets will be available for pickup at the registration table the night of the event.
