Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College to Present Three-Part Leadership Series

The Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL) at St. Norbert College, in partnership with Employ Humanity, will present a three-part leadership series this fall. The series, “The New Imperatives of Leadership,” will feature Bill Marklein, founder of Employ Humanity, and Angela Marshalek, director of services at the CEL. Attendees will learn what a new model of leadership, one centered around reflection, innovation and inspiration, could mean for their organizations and themselves. Session details are as follows:

Wednesday, Sept. 4
Session 1: The Rise of Emotional Intelligence and the Call for New Leadership

Wednesday, Sept. 18 Session 2: Looking Inward to Serve Outward

Wednesday, Oct. 9
Session 3: The 21st Century Leader: Building Momentum for Innovation and Creativity

Each session will take place from 3-5 p.m. at The Osthoff Resort, 101 Osthoff Ave., Elkhart Lake, Wis. Registration is $50 per session and $139 for all three sessions. Schneider School of Business & Economics. Created to provide developmental opportunities for the region’s business leadership, the CEL offers a highly individualized program of assessment, planning, development, coaching and mentorship, all focused on building confident, visionary champions of an organization’s mission.
