“We are thrilled to welcome Autumn Anfang to the St. Norbert community,” said Brian Bruess, president of St. Norbert College. “In addition to her exceptional depth in
finance, she has successfully led strategic planning, continuous improvement and operations in higher education. Autumn also demonstrates a deep commitment to our
mission, strategic plan, and to creating an increasingly more sophisticated and effective education so that our students can flourish.”

Anfang will lead the college’s business and finance division, which is responsible for finance, budgeting, and investments and endowment management, as well
as business operations including human resources, legal, risk and property management, auxiliary services and facilities.

“I am honored to join the highly-regarded community of St. Norbert College,” said Anfang. “In every interaction, the college has lived up to its reputation. There is a
deep sense of community here, and an enduring commitment to developing students intellectually, spiritually and personally. Everything about the college’s mission and
traditions speaks to my values and beliefs, and the importance of higher education.”

Anfang has 23 years of experience providing financial, operational and organizational leadership in for-profit, non-profit and higher education institutions. Most recently,
she served as Marquette University’s director of business management and analysis and was responsible for leading strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Marquette, she
served as the assistant vice chancellor of business administration for student affairs, auxiliary services, athletics and enrollment management at the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Before entering the higher-education industry in 2011, she served in chief financial officer and finance leadership roles in the non-profit,
government, telecommunications and banking sectors.

Anfang has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has been a licensed certified public accountant since 1991. She earned a
bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. Anfang has completed a leadership certification and Six Sigma Green Belt certification, both
