Tom Ealy, president and CEO of Ameriprise Auto and Home Insurance, will present “You’re in a Turnaround Whether You Know It or Not” at St. Norbert College’s CEO Breakfast & Strategy Series on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the F. K. Bemis International Center on the St. Norbert College campus. The session is sponsored by American Family Insurance.

You may register for each event individually or for the full series of eight remaining sessions. The cost is $60 per session or $500 for the entire season. Space is limited; you can register at http://snc.edu/tickets or by email at schneiderschool@snc.edu or phone at 920-403-3440.

Ameriprise is a leading provider of personal insurance protection to customers and members of some of the world’s most well-known companies and organizations. Ealy was formerly the president of Encompass Insurance, a $1.3 billion personal lines insurer. Having turned around several businesses over the course of his 30-year career, Ealy combines leadership art with management science across strategy, marketing, sales, operations, human resources and finance.

He has developed particular expertise in culture building, leadership development, strategic planning, sales management, service excellence and management communications. He has successfully led large-scale organizational change, including cultural transformation and the integration of game-changing acquisitions. Ealy teaches corporate learning sales and leadership at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Now under the auspices of the college’s Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics, the CEO Breakfast & Strategy Series is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for local businesspeople to meet face-to-face with some of the most respected leaders in the business community and to network with other leaders in the region.
Speakers will share their unique strategies for facing specific business challenges. Topics are selected by the speakers, and their comments are candid, insightful and not likely to be heard in public elsewhere. Seating is unassigned and questions are accepted from the audience at the end of each presentation.

Of the eight remaining presentations, five will be held at St. Norbert College and three will be in Appleton at the Butte des Morts Country Club.

The presenting sponsor for the CEO Breakfast & Strategy Series is Miron Construction; the title sponsors are Davis/Kuelthau Attorneys at Law, Johnson Financial Group and Insight Publications.
