St. Norbert College to Present Festival of Christmas Concert

St. Norbert College will present their Festival of Christmas Concert on Friday, Dec. 3, at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 4, at 2 p.m. in Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts.

The theme of this year’s annual concert is “a season of hope and love” and features all the St. Norbert College music ensembles, including choirs, bands, brass, flutes, piano, organ and handbells. Reserved seating is $14. For $20, audience members may attend the concert as well as a gourmet holiday dessert reception that follows, with music provided by the St. Norbert College Jazz Band. The reception option is only offered following the Friday night performance.

St. Norbert College music department will also present the Brass and Organ Christmas Spectacular. The event will be on Sunday, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m. in the St. Norbert Abbey, 1016 N Broadway, De Pere. This concert is free and open to the public. Good-will donations will be accepted for the St. Norbert College “Nubbie” Ecker Chamber Music Endowment, which helps fund the concert each year.

To purchase tickets, and to limit the spread of COVID-19, the St. Norbert College ticket office requests that all orders are done either online or over the phone. If necessary, purchases may be made in person at the box office, but those on campus should follow COVID-19 guidelines, such as masking indoors. The box office is open Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. To purchase tickets online follow this link: https://www.snc.edu/tickets/. All tickets for the events held in Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts are subject to a $1 per ticket facility fee which is used to improve and enhance the facilities.
