Alli Reed, study abroad and off campus programs advisor, has been selected to participate in the Education in Ireland site visit in October. This visit is sponsored by the Irish government and includes less than 20 study abroad professionals from across the United States.

Reed states: “I am very honored that I was selected for this competitive award from Education Ireland. Since Ireland is one of our top study-abroad destinations, this will be the perfect opportunity to learn more about all that Ireland has to offer our students. Since the pandemic created challenges to connecting with our international partners in person, I am not only excited about reconnecting with our Irish partners, but also looking forward to networking with other education abroad professionals from all over the United States.”

The site visit will welcome a select group of study abroad professionals from the United States to visit five Irish universities. The itinerary will include campus visits and meetings with faculty, international office staff, and current study abroad students to get to know more about the academics and the student experience in Ireland.

The Center for Global Engagement embodies and promotes St. Norbert College’s commitment to global engagement through innovative educational programming, intentional student recruitment and support, and collaborative partnerships on and off campus.
