St. Norbert College Graduates Recognized as Teachers of Distinction

The Greater Green Bay Chamber is pleased to announce the Teachers of Distinction for the 30th annual Golden Apple Awards. These outstanding Green Bay-area teachers were nominated for their accomplishments while making an impact on their students, parents and our community. Among the honorees are six St. Norbert College graduates, three as individuals and three as members of a team.

The alumni honored in 2023 Teachers of Distinction are:

Hannah Abrahamson ’20, Wrightstown Elementary School, is nominated for an individual award.

Samantha Goeben ’10, Rock Ledge Intermediate Center (Seymour Community School District), is nominated for an individual award.

Jennifer (Pieschek) VanRemortel ’96, De Pere High School, is nominated for an individual award.

Jill (Tilque) Hill ’97 and MSE ’06, Bay View Middle School (Hubble House team), is nominated for a team award.

Brooke (Van Schyndel) Hoffman ’11, Bay View Middle School (Hubble House team), is nominated for a team award. She won an individual Golden Apple Award in 2021.

Nellie (Brawner) Novoselatz ’98, Howard Elementary School, is nominated for a team award.
