Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College to Present Winning at Business Workshop

The Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL) at St. Norbert College presents the “Winning at Business: 3 Keys to Take Your Leadership to the Next Level.” The event will take place on Wednesday, April 26 with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. for registration and networking. The workshop begins at 6 p.m. in F. K. Bemis International Center " Hendrickson Dining Room, 299 Third St. Tickets are $65 per person. The workshop is facilitated by Steve Jones and Lucas Jadin. Jones is a leadership coach, consultant and author who has helped transform influential leaders and create successful cultures. Jones was head football coach for Kimberly High School for 11 seasons. During this time, the Papermakers compiled a 129-9 record, including a Wisconsin state record of 70 wins in a row.

Jadin is an author, speaker and thought leader in human potential. Jadin is a partner with Joshua Medcalf in the nationally recognized brand Train to Be Clutch. Jadin has trained people from leading organizations like the Los Angeles Dodgers, Facebook, Wells Fargo, Sherwin Williams and Stryker Medical.

The CEL helps an organization’s key leaders discover their strengths, discern their principles and provide thoughtful, impactful leadership to their organizations.

Through a process of assessment, mentoring, and project-based learning, the CEL cultivates the qualities and behaviors that elevate leaders" and help them become contemplative, visionary champions of organizational success.
