A small group of homeless from Washington, D.C. will be at St. Norbert College speaking of their experiences in a special presentation "Faces of Homelessnes" Monday, April 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theater, Bemis International Center. The event is free and open to the public. They will speak candidly about their experiences and dispel many of the stereotypes of being homeless and the current situation of poverty and homelessness in America. The event is coordinated by the St. Norbert College Washington, D.C. alternative break service trip group members (TRIPS) and the Student Government Association (SGA) who were deeply touched when they saw the presentation in January and decided to invite the speakers back to campus for a similar presentation. For more information, contact Matthew Kimmeth at (920) 621-7437 or e-mail matt.kimmeth@snc.edu.
