Geurts-Bengston named St. Norbert Fund director

Dee Geurts-Bengston (Green Bay) joins St. Norbert College's department of College Advancement as St. Norbert Fund director, effective Oct. 16. Geurts-Bengston has been serving as executive of special events for the Green Bay Packers organization since 2002. Mark Jones, vice president of College Advancement, said he's excited to have Geurts-Bengston on board. "Dee offers us an unparalleled blend of energy, talent, creativity and connections. She is both well know and universally respected in this community, and her personal priorities and values are a perfect match with St. Norbert's mission and values." Geurts-Bengston is an active volunteer. She has been on several boards of directors including the Chamber of Commerce, On Broadway, Inc., YMCA, St. Mary's Hospital, Women's Fund and the American Heart Association. She earned a B.A. in communication and management from Concordia University. The St. Norbert Fund, the College's annual fund, is dedicated to providing financial aid to students at St. Norbert College. Every dollar that is contributed to the St. Norbert fund directly impacts students.
