St. Norbert College appoints new director of alumni and parent relations

St. Norbert College appointed Jake Czarnik-Neimeyer as its Director of Alumni and Parent Relations, effective Jan. 2, 2007. "Jake's passionate leadership style will be an asset to our College Advancement program and will help to effectively engage students, parents, alumni, friends, volunteers, faculty and staff," said Mark W. Jones, Vice President for College Advancement. As director, Jake will lead College efforts to strengthen relationships with its 22,000 former students and support alumni communities throughout the United States. "I am committed to nurturing relationships that will foster a stronger connection on campus and in our regional communities. I look forward to hearing stories about how St. Norbert College has made a difference in the lives of our alumni and how it is being translated into making a difference for others," said Czarnik-Neimeyer. Through the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations, friends and graduates have opportunities to show their pride in St. Norbert College by engaging in a variety of special events, volunteer and service activities as well as print, electronic and personal communications. An alumnus and parent of a current St. Norbert student, Jake has strong connections to the College. He also holds a master's degree in divinity from St. John
