Robert Kramer, professor of History at St. Norbert College, will discuss "The Clash of Civilizations: Prospects for Peace Between the West and Islam," as part of the St. Norbert Distinguished Lecture Series on Saturday, March 3 at 9 a.m. at the Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek. All lectures are free and open to the public. Ample parking, including handicapped, is adjacent to the auditorium. Kramer will analyze the popular belief that Western civilization and the Islamic world are diametrically opposed and that the inevitable result will be a global showdown. He will also review the history of relations between the three monotheistic faiths
