Cassondra Tori Powers, a Green Bay native and junior communication/theatre major at St. Norbert College, has been awarded the prestigious Freeman-ASIA Award by the Institute of International Education in New York for the 2007-08 academic year. Through this scholarship valued at $7,000, Powers will attend Sophia University, St. Norbert
