An aldermanic debate for the 4th District, City of De Pere, featuring Eric Ming, a St. Norbert College student, and outgoing West De Pere school board member Robert Heuvelmans will be held Thursday, March 27, from 7-8 p.m. at Ray Van Den Heuvel Family Campus Center at St. Norbert College.
The winner will occupy the 4th district seat vacated by Sam Dunlop who decided not to seek a third term. The election will take place April 1.
The Fourth District encompasses St. Norbert College, downtown West De Pere, and half of the residential neighborhoods of West De Pere. The goal of the debate, which is open to the public, is to better inform members of the De Pere and St. Norbert College communities on the distinctions between the 4th district candidates. A panel will ask questions of the candidates. For more information, contact Mike Lampe at mike.lampe@snc.edu.
