St. Norbert College Great Decisions lecture series presents Arthur Cyr

Arthur Cyr, the director of the international business center at Carthage College, will discuss private philanthropy on Wednesday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College.
The presentation is a part of the national Great Decisions lecture series, an eight-week program discussing international issues of interest to the community.
Cyr earned an undergraduate degree from UCLA in 1966 and a Ph.D. in political science from Harvard University in 1971. He has written four books, numerous articles for magazines such as
