                                                                                                  Your employment relationship with St. Norbert College is on an “at-will” basis. “At will” employment means that employees covered by this policy may terminate their employment with the College at any time, for any reason. It also means that the College may terminate an at-will employee at any time, for any reason, with or without cause and with or without notice, as long as the termination is not restricted by a state or federal law or contrary to a clear expression of public policy.
